Staff was great; plenty of parking; room was comfortable - bed/pillows were comfortable and the heat/ac worked just fine; bathroom was spacious; very conveniently located to shopping.

The staff was AMAZING they were so nice that it made me just want to continue staying and they were super helpful and understanding they were a great group of women and I will definitely have Holiday inn be my main hotel I stay at from now on they were so understanding of my toddlers

I booked the room in advance and selected 1 bed but soon realized I would need 2. They were happy to accommodate my needs when I requested a different room. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The location of Holiday Inn in Battle Creek Michigan was right in the center of everything you wanted and needed to do and go to in the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a nice flow to everything. My room was fresh, clean and without any disagreeable odors. Other areas of the hotel were pleasant as well. I was in a handicap room, and the space and helpful handles, etc, we're just right. The TV remote was easy to use.

Staff were nice and helpful. We never were interrupted. The room was comfortable, and we could control the temperature easily.

I found the people working at the desk very friendly and happy. They gave us a more happy and fun experience and something to remember. Room was clean and simple for what we needed to use it for.

I chose to sleep thru breakfast. The beds are quite comfy. I used rhe desk. Having a fridge is great
